Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or electrical engineering is required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a hardware manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AQL inspection sampling.
• Experience leading LEAN initiatives and Six Sigma tools.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Participate in new product design reviews and document key design changes for manufacturing.
• Collaborate on DF M (Design for Manufacturing) engineering reviews.
• Review and approve manufacturing documentation and BOM verification.
• Develop and implement manufacturing test plans and fixtures.
• Lead LEAN initiatives and Six Sigma-driven process improvements.
• Establish assembly yield targets and track improvements.
• Lead root-cause investigations for repeat test failures and audit findings.
