Aeon is seeking a Project Manager to shape a world-class manufacturing organization as we move from NPI to full-rate production of complex subassemblies and final assemblies. You will own integrated project plans, milestones, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and external partners.

Reporting to the Vice President of Manufacturing, you will drive execution, manage dependencies, and ensure commitments are delivered on time

Qualifications

• PMI certification in Project Management or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience working in an NPI Stage-Gate environment.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through; able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Track and manage the implementation of corporate systems and ERP projects; coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Own master schedule and accountability for multiple facilities build-outs with clear reporting to leadership.
• Define framework requirements for NPI processes with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Engineering teams.
• Monitor project deliverables against customer commitments and manage costs against budget.
