Job summary

Knight Wall Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex New Product Introduction launches from planning through production ramp‑up.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, suppliers, equipment readiness, and risk management to ensure safe, reliable, and on‑time manufacturing outcomes. The role requires 5–7 years in manufacturing project management, familiarity with PLM and ERP systems, CAD interpretation, and strong communication with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with PLM software, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and scheduling tools (MS Project/Asana).
• Familiarity with ASTM/AISI/ICC standards for cladding and building envelopes.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is highly preferred.
• Ability to read 2D/3D drawings and manage complex BOMs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex New Product Introduction launches from planning through production ramp-up.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, supplier partners, and equipment readiness.
• Manage launch risk, budgets, and executive reporting to ensure on-time, quality outcomes.
• Oversee capital expenditures for new tooling and equipment.
• liaise with plant management to prevent production bottlenecks during rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with quality management and industry standards.
