Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering & NPI Manager to lead the development, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes, ensuring timely, cost-effective product launches. You will oversee a team of engineers, collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations, and drive readiness for production.

The role is onsite in Wisconsin (Sheboygan/Mosel) with relocation support; you will manage NPI projects, process development, and capital initiatives while upholding

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial manufacturing experience.
3+ years of leadership experience.
NPI / new product introduction experience.
Data-driven decision-making; continuous-improvement orientation.
Ability to partner closely with operations.

Responsibilities

Manufacturing leadership of engineers and process engineers; drive improvement.
Lead cross-functional NPI from concept through production release; plan timelines & budgets.
Develop and optimize processes to improve throughput, yield and cost; root-cause analysis.
Drive readiness reviews, documentation, and compliance with standards.
Lead ECO/ECR and capital projects from concept to commissioning; track KPIs.
