You will lead DFx activities, support industrialization, and coordinate with global teams and contract manufacturers to ensure quality and reliability.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, production readiness, and continuous improvement, with travel 10–20% internationally and domestically.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering; mechanical, manufacturing mechatronics, systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive manufacturing technical readiness as a critical member of NPI teams; collaborate with R&D to move from prototypes to completion.
• Drive DFM and DFA in support of product, system, and process design.
• Establish industrialization and production readiness with Formlabs teams, contract manufacturers and suppliers.
• Ensure critical product specifications are addressed through processes and control points.
• Collaborate cross functionally on complex engineering and operational challenges.
• Drive process control and issue prevention; implement tools, equipment and methods for reliability and quality.
• Drive optimization and continuous improvement using factory data at suppliers and contract manufacturers.
