Job summary

Alliance North America (ANA) is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead New Product Introduction projects in Henderson, NV. The role blends engineering execution with operational readiness, coordinating cross‑functional teams through design, pilot, and mass production milestones.

The ideal candidate will drive risk management, maintain CR/ECO workflows, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to ensure data integrity across ERP, procurement, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related technical field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive project management experience in product development, engineering, manufacturing, or related environment.
• Experience configuring product data, BOMs, and ECOs in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP).
• Strong understanding of NPI processes, ECO/CR workflows, and PLM.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end NPI project schedules for engineering and mass production.
• Serve as the operational liaison between Engineering and the program team.
• Manage Change Requests (CRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) across product lines.
• Configure and maintain BOMs, routings, and item cards in ERP.
• Ensure data integrity across engineering releases and procurement systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet launch milestones.
