Job summary

Alliance North America is seeking an experienced NPI Program Manager to lead ANA's cross‑functional phase‑gate process for new products and major variants, from approved concept through production stabilization. This on-site role in Henderson, NV partners with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance to drive governance and readiness.

You will manage gate decisions, evidence, and cross-functional plans, and coordinate with the Engineering Project Manager to align

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, program management, or a related field.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional programs in manufacturing or industrial-products environments.
• Experience with phase-gate, stage-gate, or APQP-style processes and gate facilitation.
• Ability to coordinate across Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Service, and Commercial teams.
• Familiarity with ERP or MRP processes and product development readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own ANA's phase-gate process and ensure readiness evidence and decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and manage dependencies and risks.
• Maintain an NPI roadmap and dashboard with milestones and readiness status.
• Lead handoffs from NPI to steady-state ownership and track launch readiness.
