Amphenol Corporation is seeking an experienced NPI Manufacturing Engineer for its Etters, PA facility. You will lead manufacturability assessments, support new process implementations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition from prototype to mass production.

Responsibilities include optimizing processes, supporting ramp-up, and driving cost reductions while interfacing with global manufacturing teams and customers. Travel to Mexico or Malaysia is expected about 20% of the time.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience with global manufacturing operations and high-volume production.
• Experience with automated manufacturing lines and industrial automation.
• Knowledge of electronic assembly processes and production equipment (SMT, soldering, reflow, pick and place).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with international manufacturing teams.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing facilities in Mexico or Malaysia, approximately 20% of the time.

Position Summary: NPI Manufacturing Engineer

Location:Etters, PA

ACS, a division of Amphenol, is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobil Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEM's globally. As a New Product Introduction (NPI) Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in advancing the development and launch of innovative connector Mezzanine Products. Your responsibilities include leading manufacturability assessments, supporting the design and implementation of new processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition from prototype to mass production. You will provide hands-on support within the manufacturing facility, addressing component, documentation, and quality challenges as they arise, and will actively engage with customers to deliver application expertise and drive new business opportunities. This position is integral to a global team, ensuring robust technical solutions and successful product introductions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
