Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Colorado Springs, CO, seeks a New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager to lead startup of a high-volume LMC membrane production line and drive product transfers from development to manufacturing.

You will manage an NPI engineering team, guide IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, and use Stage-Gate processes to ensure readiness and on-time delivery. The role requires strong leadership and a background in membrane processes.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Chemical/Materials/Polymer engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience in membrane manufacturing, polymer extrusion, web handling or related processes.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive cross-functional teams to execution.
• Six Sigma and data-driven decision making with statistical tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary NPI engineering team through startup and scale-up of the Rockrimmon plant.
• Develop and qualify membrane processes on new equipment to meet performance targets.
• Guide projects through IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and Stage-Gate process.
• Provide documentation, training, and mentorship to team members.
