Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks a Lead Process & Quality Engineer to drive startup, qualification, and operational excellence for membrane manufacturing at our UPE Membrane team. You will partner across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and R&D to build robust processes and QMS infrastructure for sustained production.

The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on work on process control, and cross-site collaboration to transfer knowledge, ensure compliance, and deliver reliable product quality.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s in Chemical/Materials/Mechanical or related field and 8+ years in manufacturing/process/quality roles.
• Experience with process development, validation, equipment qualification, tech transfer, startup or scale-up.
• Strong root-cause, risk assessment, statistics, control plans, and QMS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup, qualification, and readiness activities for membrane manufacturing processes.
• Develop readiness plans for equipment qualification, process validation, and control implementation.
• Provide hands-on support during commissioning, startup, scale-up, and troubleshooting.
