Job summary

CardioFocus seeks an NPI Manager to lead the bridge between R&D product development and controlled Operations execution. This role owns new product and process introduction, industrialization, and technical transfer across internal pilot manufacturing and external CDMO manufacturing, supporting both capital equipment and consumable product lanes.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can bring structure, urgency, and discipline to a fast-moving medical device environment.

Qualifications

This role owns new product and process introduction, industrialization, and technical transfer across internal pilot manufacturing and external CDMO manufacturing, supporting both capital equipment and consumable product lanes.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can bring structure, urgency, and discipline to a fast‑moving medical device environment. The right person will help CardioFocus answer a simple but critical question: Can we build it, can we build it repeatedly, and can we ship it on time?

You will work alongside experienced leaders across engineering, operations, and clinical development to bring life‑changing technologies to market.
