Job summary

CardioFocus seeks an NPI Manager to lead the bridge between R&D product development and controlled Operations execution. This role owns new product and process introduction, industrialization, and technical transfer across internal pilot manufacturing and external CDMO manufacturing, supporting both capital equipment and consumable product lanes.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can bring structure, urgency, and discipline to a fast-moving medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Experience bridging R&D product development with manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to lead new product/process introductions and tech transfers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced medical device setting with hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead tech transfer from R&D to pilot and external CDMO manufacturing.
• Own new product introduction and industrialization plans.
• Guide capital equipment and consumable lanes through transfer.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and clinical development to bring products to market.
