Job summary

Precision Edge Surgical Products Company LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks an experienced NPI Manager in Angola, IN to lead the engineering team in transferring new medical device products from development into commercial manufacturing.

The role requires strong medical device product development and manufacturing operations background, PMP-like project management, and cross-functional leadership within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 10–15 years’ experience in medical device contract manufacturing, product development and production launch.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.
• Supervisory experience leading teams.
• SolidWorks, ERP, Smartsheet and SharePoint experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams through the NPI process from design to production launch.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Manage budgeting, practical design for manufacturability, and project timelines.
• Assist with monthly management reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
