Job summary

Antcom Corporation, part of Hexagon Autonomous Solutions, is based onsite in Torrance, CA and seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer to advance production, NPI, and CI across multiple departments. You will improve manufacturing processes, write work instructions, lead pilot builds, deploy Lean principles, and provide DFM feedback to design engineers.

Candidates should have at least five years in manufacturing engineering and strong RCCA, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Minimum five years as Manufacturing Engineer or similar role; or a related degree.
Bachelor’s in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
Experience leading manufacturing process improvement projects (3+ years).
Strong RCCA/problem-solving background and formal training.
Documenting work instructions, procedures and technical reports.

Responsibilities

Improve quality and efficiency within Operations and Manufacturing processes.
Develop and improve manufacturing processes by creating work instructions, fixtures, and shop aids.
Lead NPI, driving pilot builds of new products and ensure Production release.
Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives and CI efforts across departments.
Provide DFM feedback to design engineers and resolve quality issues.
