Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking an Operations Supervisor for New Product Readiness (NPI) to drive DC readiness and execution for NPIs, ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately at launch.

You will coordinate with Product, Supply Chain, Quality, Systems, and Commercial teams, translate NPI requirements into actionable steps, and lead on-floor training, issue resolution, and KPI monitoring to speed time-to-market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in distribution or warehouse operations.
• Experience supporting product launches, SKU onboarding, or NPIs in a DC environment.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to translate product and volume information into operational execution steps.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the DC point of contact for new product introductions, supporting multiple launches annually.
• Coordinate space, labor, equipment, and WMS readiness to support on-time first receipt and shipment.
• Translate NPI requirements into operational readiness actions across receiving, putaway, storage, picking, and shipping.
• Provide on-floor training to DC associates on new product handling and procedures.
• Track NPI operational metrics and participate in post-launch reviews to capture lessons learned.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of DC operations.
