Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a New Product Introduction Analyst to support the successful deployment of new products on the production floor. The role involves documenting processes, reporting project status, and coordinating with engineering and manufacturing to meet capability requirements.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in engineering or business, strong communication skills, and experience in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication across organizational levels.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and quick learner for other software.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, analytical and data driven.
• Open to domestic and international travel.
• Previous manufacturing and/or industrial engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide reporting and visibility for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects in the factory.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for factory NPI.
• Process Product Improvement documents from engineering for component changes.
• Coordinate parts classification as bought-in or in-house manufacturing.
• Issue Purchase Requisitions and update SAP MRP profiles.
