Job summary

JCB in Pooler, Georgia is seeking a New Product Introduction Analyst to support the introduction of new products on the factory floor. You will document processes, report project status, and perform tactical tasks to ensure successful product deployment, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality.

Responsibilities include coordinating SAP workflows, setting cut-in and phase-out dates, reviewing ISIR/PPAP, and ensuring parts are made in house or purchased.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels of the organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; able to quickly learn other software.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes; analytical and data-driven.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Pass pre-employment drug screens, background checks, and tests where required.

Responsibilities

• Successful reporting and visibility of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects in the factory.
• Contribute to factory NPI continuous improvement initiatives.
• Processing of Product Improvement documents from engineering, for component changes.
• Coordinate whether parts are Bought-in or Made In house.
• Issue Purchase Requisitions or Up-issue component documents.
• Update SAP MRP Profiles and related workflows.
