JCB Inc. in Pooler, GA seeks an ambitious New Product Introduction Analyst to support the introduction of new products on the factory floor.

You will document processes, report project statuses, and perform tactical tasks to ensure successful deployment. Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure design-for-manufacture alignment, SAP workflows, and proper documentation before production start.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication across levels in the organization.
• Experience supporting manufacturing projects and NPI processes.
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Report and provide visibility of NPI projects in the factory.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing NPIs.
• Process Product Improvement docs from engineering for component changes.
• Coordinate make vs buy decisions for parts.
• Issue and manage purchase requisitions and component documents.
• Update SAP MRP profiles and related workflows.
• Set cut-in/phase-out dates for OTP material.
• Coordinate with Quality to complete ISIR/PPAP prior to cut-in.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Eng., Purchasing, and planners on phase in/out.
• Monitor PI progress and record serial numbers for service.
