Job summary

Rolls-Royce Corporation in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Manufacturing Engineering & Industrialization Manager to drive new product introduction and readiness across multiple programs. This role collaborates with Engineering, Quality, and Procurement to ensure manufacturability, quality and cost targets are met.

The position requires senior Manufacturing Engineering experience, strong leadership and proven ability to coordinate across engineering and supplier networks.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• 7+ years of Manufacturing Engineering for Quality experience (or 5+ with Bachelor’s, or 3+ with Master’s).
• Experience in complex engineering/manufacturing environments.
• Experience with new product introduction and supplier industrialization.
• Knowledge of DFMEA/PFMEA/APQP/PPAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering delivery for new product introduction, including planning priorities and resources.
• Influence product and process design for manufacturability, quality, cost, and industrial requirements.
• Coordinate activity across programs and suppliers with clear ownership and interfaces.
• Govern manufacturing and industrialization risk with status updates and recovery actions.
• Provide readiness recommendations through relevant governance.
• Capture and deploy learning to improve future program execution.
