Qualifications

• Associates Degree in STEM or Engineering/Technology with 4+ years in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM or Engineering/Technology with 2+ years in manufacturing.
• Master's Degree in STEM or Engineering/Technology.
• PhD in STEM or Engineering/Technology.

Responsibilities

• HSE - Ensure manufacturing processes comply with Health, Safety & Environmental Standards and Zero Harm expectations.
• Product Safety - Ensure processes meet design intent and conform to specifications; investigate safety issues.
• Quality - Drive zero defects and Right First Time; ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Develop Capability - Develop/validate/maintain/improve manufacturing processes and related systems; use data to improve capability.
• New Part Introduction from wax tooling through casting development.
• Using PFMEAs, control plans, MSA in manufacturing/assembly areas with Lean concepts and yield improvements.
• Develop processes applicable to statistical process control and related techniques.
• Monitor machinery performance to verify efficiency.
• Initiate corrective actions to ensure product quality.
• Provide guidance to engineering on design concepts and equipment usage.
