Physical Intelligence in San Francisco seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end hardware program execution, including schedules, risk mitigation, build matrix, material forecasting, CTB analysis, and fleet integration. You will coordinate with hardware engineering, supply chain, fab, and fleet teams to ensure timely, scalable deployment.

The role requires hands-on, floor-level collaboration, strong cross-functional communication, and travel to vendors and contract manufacturers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; shipping hardware experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing program support, or engineering program management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Notion, Linear, Excel and procurement/workflow systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate engineering detail into clear status updates.
• Willing to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
• Experience in R&D operations, robotics, or similar environments.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP, PLM, or production tracking tools.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Platform leads and engineering to drive program schedule and execution end to end.
• Own build planning and production coordination for hardware platforms from kickoff to fleet hand-off.
• Drive material forecasting, CTB analysis, dashboards, and readiness reporting.
• Manage hardware staging and acceptance hand-offs to fleet integration.
• Coordinate arrival of COTS hardware from global vendors and handle modifications for repair and tracking.
• Run logistics readiness and troubleshooting for incoming components and chase down blockers.
• Route custom hardware requests across internal and external vendors.
• Partner with supply chain on vendor follow-up, lead-time management, and risk mitigation on long-lead parts.
• Identify and implement process improvements in PI plans, builds, and ships as the program scales.
