Job summary

Verkada Inc. is seeking an NPI Program Manager for Hardware based in our Taipei, Taiwan office.

You will drive build readiness for cutting-edge hardware programs during NPI phases, coordinating with EPMs, engineers, and JDM partners to ensure clear to build (CTB) readiness and smooth transitions to mass production. A preferred candidate excels in communication and problem solving in a fast-paced environment, and brings Mandarin and English fluency to a globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Engineering background required.
• Experience managing hardware product development projects.
• Experience working with global teams across time zones.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CTB readiness for each NPI build with EPMs, engineers and JDM partners.
• Support transition from NPI to MP with the supply chain team.
• Manage relationships with JDM and sub-tier vendors.
• Audit production quality after PVT/MP1 and line transfers to new factories.
• Lead test strategy and troubleshoot with JDM engineers during EVT/DVT.
