Qualifications

• BS in Engineering; MS/MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of Project Management leading complex technical projects.
• PMP preferred.
• New Product Introduction, Process or Manufacturing Engineering, DFx experience are a plus.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and drives outcomes.
• Experience leading global, multi-site teams and influencing across matrix organizations.
• Formal training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or DFSS.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI Projects collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain and manufacturing partners from concept through prototyping, pilot builds to high-volume production.
• Develop detailed project plans (scope, schedule, cost, risks) and track progress.
• Identify risks, develop actionable mitigation plans and elevate issues when needed.
• Partner with DFx teams to ensure readiness across safety, quality, manufacturing and cost.
• Oversee prototype/pilot builds and transfer to Contract Manufacturing partners.
• Deliver clear project updates to stakeholders at all levels; influence without formal authority.
• Lead phase-gate readiness reviews and document lessons learned.
