Job summary
CapstoneONE Search's client, a globally prominent industrial manufacturing organization, seeks an Engineering Manager - New Product Introduction to lead launch of new products, manage engineering resources, and ensure alignment to customer requirements, cost targets, and production readiness.
Reporting to GM/Site Director, you will partner with Operations, Program Management, and Commercial teams to deliver programs on time and within budget, while mentoring engineers and driving cost
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 7+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- NPI or product launch experience with strong cross-functional leadership.
- U.S. person status required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the NPI Engineering function with successful execution of new product launches.
- Direct, develop, and mentor a team of engineers for high performance.
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders on design, quality, and manufacturability.
- Drive accurate cost estimation and quoting for new programs.
- Oversee the transition of new products into production with run-at-rate analysis and validation.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield and reduce costs.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless NPI program execution.
