Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Mossville, IL seeks an NPI Leader to drive new product introductions within the Reman Electronics team. The role requires strong engineering and program management skills, with oversight of generator-related product lines and manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals and project leadership experience.
• Demonstrated product knowledge in generator ends, generator sets, power generation, large rotating electrics, and related manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources across businesses, sales, marketing, and platform groups for each deliverable.
• Oversee project progress and costs; communicate with stakeholders and drive corrective actions.
• Plan short to long-term objectives and ensure alignment with the program plan.
