Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in Newaygo, MI is seeking an NPI Engineer to drive transfer from design to manufacturing and collaborate with R&D and production teams to optimize product designs for manufacturability. You will establish processes, tooling, and documentation to support successful launches.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in NPI within manufacturing, CAD proficiency (SolidWorks/AutoCAD), and PLM/PDM experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with CAD software for design review and manufacturability analysis.
• Experience with PLM/PDM systems for managing product data and workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and root cause analysis in production.

Responsibilities
