• 3+ years of NPI engineering experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to interpret engineering specs, schematics, and design documents.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including assembly, test, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Drive the transfer of new products from design to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to optimize manufacturability and cost.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment for new products.
• Conduct IQ/OQ/PQ to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Identify and mitigate manufacturing risks throughout the NPI lifecycle.

Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving manufacturing issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) for manufacturing quality.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL) for data analysis and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior engineers or technicians.
