Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in Manistee, MI is recruiting an NPI Engineer to drive new product introductions from concept through ramp to manufacturing.

You will collaborate with design and production teams, optimize manufacturing processes, develop tooling, and create detailed NPI documentation; a bachelor’s in engineering and 3+ years in NPI are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with CAD software for design review and manufacturability analysis.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their impact on product design.
• Experience with PLM/PDM systems for managing engineering data and BOMs.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
