Qualifications

• 3+ years in New Product Introduction (NPI) or manufacturing engineering in high-volume production.
• Ability to read schematics, Gerber files, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes, SMT, and test methodologies.
• Experience with PLM systems and CAD software like Altium Designer and SolidWorks.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and ensure manufacturability (DFM) of new products.

• Create and maintain documentation for new product manufacturing processes, including work instructions and control plans.

• Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Agile, Windchill) and CAD software (e.g., Altium Designer, SolidWorks).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration with engineering data.
