Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of NPI engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with PCB CAD tools (Altium, OrCAD, Eagle).
• Strong understanding of DFM/DFA principles and quality control.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python) for automation/data analysis.
• Ability to read schematics, Gerber files, and assembly drawings.

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful transfer of new products from design to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, including tooling and equipment selection.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, such as work instructions and process flows.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for NPI-related production issues.
• Participate in design reviews to provide DFM/DFA feedback and ensure product launch readiness.
• Manage and track NPI project timelines and deliverables to meet launch schedules.
