Qualifications

• BS in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of electronics manufacturing experience.
• Experience with CAD/3D modeling software (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks) and PCB software (Gerber).
• Understanding of ISO, IPC, and J-Standard.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and assembly drawings.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Team leadership ability and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement manufacturing and assembly processes for new product development.
• Assist in the New Product Introduction build process; report design and build issues.
• Work with design engineers to determine critical-to-function features and methods for quality and reliability.
• Review fabrication and assembly drawings for accuracy and tolerances.
• Determine parts, equipment, and tools needed to meet product specs.
• Design tooling and fixturing for production and quality control.
• Develop and optimize process flow and work instructions.
• Support low-volume production to verify process plans and targets.
