Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in people management and leadership roles.
• Minimum 10 years in electronics manufacturing with Design Control knowledge.
• 10+ years leading New Product Introduction teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong conflict resolution, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in ISO 13485 / ISO 9001 medical device environments preferred.
• Ability to mentor and coach teams and drive design transfer across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI Manufacturing Engineers and coordinate design transfer activities.
• Set milestones, budgets and KPIs; ensure on-time product launches.
• Apply DFMEA, PFMEA, DOE, DVP&R and DFM/A practices in product development.
• Collaborate across development, manufacturing and support to ensure quality and manufacturability.
• Manage cross-functional teams; ensure repeatability and scalability of products.
