Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an NPI Engineer with an Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronic, or DFA/DFM background to join our Dive-XL team at Quonset Point, RI. You will drive bi-directional knowledge transfer from design to production and ensure smooth launches across global sites.

You will own knowledge transfer, manage ECO/ECR workflows, and work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing to mitigate bottlenecks and deliver on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related technical field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or product integration, with 3+ years in NPI.
• Experience transferring products between sites.
• Lean, Six Sigma, AS9100 familiarity.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and obtain/maintain U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge transfer between design and production, from pilot to rate production.
• Architect a knowledge transfer framework across sites with checklists and reviews.
• Own engineering change workflows (ECR/ECO) for transferred technology.
• Manage risks, issues, and actions with escalation as needed.
• Mentor engineers and technicians to build internal SMEs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing to meet schedules.
