Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an NPI Engineer with an Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronic, Process Engineering, or Design for Manufacturing background to join the Dive-XL team in Quonset Point, RI. You will own knowledge transfer between design and production, from pilot sites to rate production facilities, ensuring smooth launches and addressing bottlenecks.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
5+ years in manufacturing or product integration, with 3+ years in NPI.
Experience leading transfer of product/process between sites.
Hands-on with modern manufacturing processes and quality systems (Lean, Six Sigma, AS9100).

Responsibilities

Own configuration management decisions in the production system across sites.
Champion DFM/DFX/DFA of existing designs into development pipeline.
Lead cross-site knowledge transfer between engineering and operations teams.
Design and implement a standardized knowledge transfer framework with templates and checklists.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to meet on-time deliverables.
