Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Product Development Lead to oversee the entire lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch activities.

You will manage documentation, costing, BOMs, and production planning while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of new products. The role requires 3–5+ years of related experience, CAD familiarity, and strong communication and project-management skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• 3–5+ years of related experience.
• CAD familiarity and strong manufacturing documentation skills.
• Strong communication, project management and teamwork abilities.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch activities.
• Create and maintain project documentation and sign-off packages; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee costing/analysis, BOM setup, and production planning.
• Ensure product quality through sample review and testing; manage training and transition to manufacturing.
• Collaborate on external qualifications and supplier/facility qualifications.
