Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking an experienced NPI Engineer to establish robust, repeatable manufacturing specifications for new designs across the development lifecycle. You will work with NPI Project Leads to manage timelines, define routing, offsets, and validate processes against CRD documentation.

The role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with CAD tools. You will contribute to production readiness during the first 6 months post-launch and craft

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 5 years of related experience.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively.
Proficiency with CAD software (Rhino, Solidworks, Mastercam) and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

Define and document initial routing and manufacturing offsets for new designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Project Leads to ensure alignment with CRD documentation.
Lead engineering phases during development and support production test runs post-launch.
Prepare work instructions with manufacturing and process teams.
Present status reports and maintain historical data libraries.
Participate in product development meetings and collaborate across departments.
