Job summary

Korpack is seeking a Commercialization Manager to own the full NPI lifecycle from post-award scoping through first-run execution and stabilization. You will lead the Developmental Project Manager team and ensure programs exit ready for Customer Success with confidence.

You will drive scope accuracy, prevent downstream problems, and coordinate across Sales Ops, Purchasing, Scheduling, QA, and Production to standardize execution and maximize margin across the portfolio.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading project execution in manufacturing or operations.
Strong understanding of NPI processes from scoping to stabilization.
Ability to hold teams accountable to high standards and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the DPM team and Project Coordinator with regular feedback and hands-on support.
Oversee execution of all NPI programs from kickoff through stabilization.
Attend and lead key project milestones such as kickoffs, first-run reviews, FAI, stabilization checkpoints.
Approve launch readiness and handoffs from Commercialization to Customer Success with complete documentation.
