Job summary

PCI is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for end-to-end management of NPI programs from award to commercialization. You will steward schedules, risks, QA coordination, and cross-functional teams to meet milestones and regulatory requirements.

You will lead client communications, manage stage gates, and ensure readiness for tech transfer, validation, and launch. A technical background and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or science discipline is required.
  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical project management experience preferred in CDMO or contract manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing integrated timelines, risk escalation, and cross-functional work plans.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project-level execution of assigned NPI programs from award through commercialization.
  • Maintain project plans, action trackers, and RAID logs in Smartsheet.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across Engineering, QA, Operations, and Supply Chain.
  • Serve as primary operational contact for clients during active project execution.
  • Drive stage-gate management and ensure readiness for validation and launch.
  • Monitor scope, budget, and risk; escalate with supporting documentation.
