Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited in Bullard, Texas, seeks a New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager to lead cross-functional projects from concept through commercial launch. You will own and improve processes that enable product commercialization, coordinating R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.

The role emphasizes SOP development, process standardization, and continuous improvement to build a scalable launch model in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, PM, SC or related field.
• 5+ years in product or project management or product commercialization.
• Experience in food manufacturing or CPG preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience with SOP development or process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product launch projects from concept approval through plant trials, scale-up, validation, and launch.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and launch readiness criteria.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Sales for assigned projects.
• Drive stage-gate execution and ensure decision readiness at each milestone.
• Own and maintain SOPs across the product launch lifecycle and drive process improvements.
• Travel 10–15% to manufacturing facilities for plant trials and startups.
