Job summary
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading project execution in manufacturing/operations.
- Strong knowledge of NPI processes: scoping, planning, first-run, stabilization.
- Track record of holding teams and processes to high standards.
- Ability to assess execution risk quickly and act decisively.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the DPM team and Project Coordinator.
- Validate all project scopes before production; reject or rework incomplete scopes.
- Oversee execution of all NPI programs from kickoff through stabilization.
- Attend and lead key milestones: kickoffs, first-run reviews, FAI, stabilization checkpoints.
- Approve launch readiness for all first production runs.
- Approve handoffs from Commercialization to Customer Success with complete documentation and stable execution models.
- Coordinate with Purchasing on material availability and lead time alignment.
