Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Windsor, CT seeks a senior CNC process engineer to own concept-to-capable production for aerospace components. You will architect NC programs, tooling, fixtures, and multi-axis strategies to ship right the first time.

Program and optimize with SolidWorks, Esprit, and Siemens NX; verify toolpaths in VERICUT. Drive throughput, lean improvements, root-cause analysis, and on-the-floor training while sustaining GD&T and metrology standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining and process engineering experience.
• Expertise in 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling.
• Strong GD&T and metrology knowledge.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect CNC processes for NPI tooling, fixtures, and multi-axis programming.
• Program and optimize with SolidWorks, Esprit, and Siemens NX; verify with VERICUT.
• Drive throughput and eradicate waste; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Create and sustain process documentation; develop floor training and standards.
