That’s the challenge you’ll lead every day.Your missionArchitect CNC manufacturing processes for NPI—tooling, fixtures, and multi-axis programming.Program and optimize with SolidWorks, Esprit, and Siemens NX; verify thoroughly in VERICUT.Drive throughput: analyze workflows, compress cycle times, and eradicate waste.Influence design-for-manufacturability with engineering partners early and often.Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; implement lasting corrective actions.Specify and select CNC equipment, tooling, and emerging technologies to enable scalable ramps.Create and sustain accurate process documentation—work instructions, setup sheets, SOPs.Develop talent on the floor through training in probing, macro programming, and quality standards.Sustain a Lean culture with 5S, Six Sigma, and Kaizen improvements.Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.What you bring5+ years of CNC machining and process engineering experience.Hands-on mastery of CNC programming, setup, and operation, including probing and macros.Deep capability in 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling and multi-axis mill-turn lathes.Fluency in engineering drawings/specifications and GD&T (Y14.5).Proficiency with metrology and measurement systems.Lean Manufacturing background with proven process optimization results.Analytical mindset with strong RCA and cross-functional communication skills.PreferredBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.ERP/MRP familiarity; Epicor experience preferred.Focus areasGD&TCNC ProgrammingProcess EngineeringAerospace ManufacturingExperience in a Manufacturing EnvironmentEquipment & software in playCNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC): Haas, Okuma, Makino, DMG Mori Seiki, FanucCNC Lathe (2–4 axis): Haas, Okuma, DMG Mori SeikiCNC Swiss Lathe: TsugamiCAD: SolidWorks, Siemens NX (NX CAD)CAM: Esprit, Siemens NXCNC Mill (5+ axis VMC): Okuma, Fanuc, DMG Mori Seiki, HaasCNC Lathe (5+ axis): Okuma, Index, DMG Mori SeikiComplianceMust be a U.S. citizen.
