Job summary
Curia is seeking an NPI Chemist III in Albuquerque, NM to lead analytical science for new product introductions and tech transfer. You will serve as SME for the Chemistry function, guiding method development, transfer, verification, validation, and lab readiness across internal and customer programs.
The role requires advanced analytical expertise, collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, and Project Management, and mentorship of lab personnel while ensuring cGMP/GLP compliance and audit
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in chemistry and NPI or related role.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience of aseptic/sterile work in pharma or related industry (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Act as the designated SME for assigned NPI and tech transfer projects.
- Lead cross-functional Tech Transfer teams from initiation through commercial launch.
- Develop analytical strategies and acceptance criteria aligned with specs and regulatory commitments.
- Prepare and review analytical protocols, reports, and change controls.
