Job summary

Curia in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist within the NPI Tech Transfer Team to support New Product Introduction and technology transfer activities across functions. The SME leads risk assessment, planning, execution, and readiness to ensure successful transfer and commercialization of new products.

You will collaborate with Program Management, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and cross-functional teams to drive stage gates, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of nine (9) years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, including Aseptic Processing, Formulation, and/or Fill-Finish Operations.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or a related field; 5+ years in pharma manufacturing.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading deviation investigations, CAPAs, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the designated functional SME for all assigned NPI and technology transfer projects.
• Participate in cross-functional Tech Transfer teams from project initiation through commercial launch.
• Lead assessments, risk evaluations, and readiness reviews to remove bottlenecks.
• Support development and execution of project plans, timelines, and deliverables for Tech Transfer stage gates.
• Provide technical expertise during audits, governance reviews, and leadership meetings.
