Job summary

Curia is seeking a Chemistry Supervisor in Albuquerque, NM to lead daily laboratory operations supporting manufacturing, product release, and stability programs. You will supervise staff, ensure compliant testing, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining inspection readiness and strong data integrity.

This role requires a chemistry degree and several years in regulated environments, with emphasis on cGMP and quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or relevant physical science.
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related industry.
• Minimum 2 years in a laboratory leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience with cGMP regulations, data integrity requirements, laboratory investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop laboratory personnel and manage priorities.
• Ensure testing aligns with approved methods and regulatory expectations.
• Provide technical leadership for analytical methods and instrumentation.
• Oversee method transfers, validation, and new technologies.
• Review data and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
