Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• 5+ years in product development or applications within manufacturing.
• Experience in NPI and APQP processes from concept to production release.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and outside sales during product development.
• Develop tailored cable and interconnect solutions.
• Design assemblies and create engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Prepare accurate technical quotes and cost estimates.
• Handoff documentation to the Manufacturing Process Engineer at production release.
