Responsibilities

• Operate tools and equipment (wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, heat guns, testers).
• Document work in ERP system and clock labor accurately.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
