Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Onsite Technical Project Manager in Portage, MI to lead cross-functional new product development initiatives from concept through launch. You will coordinate activities, align stakeholders, and ensure projects stay on scope, schedule, and performance targets.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years in project management or engineering roles. PMP certification and a Master’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, product development, engineering, or related technical roles.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional new product development projects with the Technical Lead.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and resources.
• Monitor progress and escalate risks, issues, and tradeoffs to leadership as needed.
• Coordinate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Facilitate team meetings, reviews, and decisions to maintain momentum.
• Assign activities and resources based on requirements and timelines.
• Track performance against scope, schedule, and business objectives.
• Support product launches and ensure deliverables meet timelines.
