Stryker is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Advanced Operations in Kalamazoo, MI, onsite. You will lead cross‑functional teams to drive new product introductions for a cutting‑edge Neurosurgical console, delivering projects on time and within budget.

You will partner with R&D, Marketing and Manufacturing Operations to manage scope, risks, and schedules, while coordinating suppliers and contract manufacturers to meet project delivery requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of project management or engineering experience in a regulated industry.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid technical foundation, with experience in process validation, risk management, and project scheduling tools.
• Growth mindset—ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Drive new product, process, and technology introductions into the manufacturing environment.
• Define project scope, timelines, and budgets and manage the Work Breakdown Structure.
• Develop and own the project schedule and all milestones; track progress and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder communications across R&D, Marketing and Manufacturing Operations.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers and suppliers to ensure robust processes and supply chains.
