Job summary

Stryker is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software and software-enabled medical device initiatives in Acute Care R&D. You will partner across technical, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams to guide major workstreams from initiation to closure, ensuring compliant, on-time delivery.

You will develop charters, integrated plans, and risk registers, manage scope, schedule and budgets, and report status to leadership, while fostering disciplined execution and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• At least 4 years of professional project management or leadership experience.
• Experience applying project management methodologies, planning tools, risk management, stakeholder management, and project status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead software and software-enabled medical device initiatives from initiation through closure across cross-functional teams.
• Develop charters, integrated plans, schedules, budgets, resource assumptions, and risk registers.
• Build detailed schedules with critical paths and milestones; manage scope, budget, quality, risks and changes.
• Report project status to teams and leadership, including schedule, scope, budget and risk updates.
